Come and join us for a group for mums with babies 0-9 months

A group focusing on the mother during a time of personal change – matrescence – becoming a mother, be it for the first time or subsequent times. Our intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where mums can talk and support and celebrate each other on this journey into motherhood. 

Breathing and relaxation practices will be offered alongside group singing and music making; activities which have been shown to benefit our sense of wellbeing. Although the focus is on the mother’s wellbeing, babies are of course included in all activities, offering an opportunity for bonding and the enjoyment of each other.

Location: Newham Music Hub: Westfield Stratford City, E20

Directions: You can find us on The Street, in the outside area on the Ground Floor of the shopping centre. We are near to Caffe Concerto and John Lewis.
