Sing songs from the musicals and create a show at Newham Music’s summer course! 

Tuesday 29 August to Friday 1 September 2023

Across four days, participants will learn stagecraft, storytelling, scriptwriting and theatre skills; develop confidence and improve their singing technique; and gain tips about working in the performing arts. The group will devise and create a show together, leading to a performance at the end of the week.

This course is for 12-16 year olds who:

• have an existing interest in performing and singing
• would like to meet and work with other people who have a passion for music and performing
• are interested in finding out more about jobs in performing arts
• want the opportunity to develop skills in stagecraft, theatre, music and performing.
