Newham Music will host an instrumental summer school for all ages and abilities culminating in a celebration day of performances, workshops, and family activities. Young musicians will experience playing in a large orchestra, make accelerated progress on their instrument and take part in a public performance.

This FREE summer programme is open to young people aged 9-18 who can play at a Grade 1 equivalent or higher. There will be different progression opportunities for all abilities, including solos, section leader positions, and advanced ensemble attendance.

We will hold four days of skills, technique and performance practice at Lister Community School, culminating in a day of family activities and performances open to the public.
