The worlds of jazz and classical Indian music collide in a new musical venture from Tim Liken, Clem Alford and Ben Hazleton.

Their first album, Ancient Lights, is a melting pot of sounds that’s been feted by Gilles Peterson.

The trio is joined by Rod Youngs on drums, Idris Rahman (Soothsayers, Arun Gosh) on clarinet and Manjeet Singh Rasiya on tabla.
