This taster day will give you an insight into the University of Surrey’s diverse Music programme. The course is characterised by an emphasis on music of the recent past and present in all its diversity, from classical chamber and orchestral music through pop, rock and jazz to improvisation and multi-media performance. Our programme runs in three- and four-year formats, the latter including a placement year. During the day there will be an opportunity to hear from placement students about the benefits this can bring.
