Clarinet

The clarinet is a great instrument if you like to make quick progress – the first stages pass by pretty quickly! It’s got a lovely warm singing tone, and you find it in all sorts of music. It’s especially good for jazz, and lots of people play both the clarinet and the saxophone, as they’re so similar.

You get to play solos in the orchestra and in jazz groups, so you can shine out on any occasions!

We teach the clarinet in schools across the borough and at Newham Music Academy our after-school and Saturday music centre. To enquire about lessons please email info@newham-music.org.uk or call us on 020 3598 6260.
