This is the starting point for loads of musicians. With this simple instrument you can learn all the basics of music, and it’s a great way in to the other wind instruments; your fingers are learning all the patterns you’ll ever need!

But it’s not just for starters – you can take this instrument all the way to the highest grade, with some incredibly intricate music from some of the world’s greatest composers.

It looks easy – but it can be amazing!
