We have got a plethora of musical splendour to get you through the October half term holidays here at Newham Music, with something for everyone.
Date: Sunday 23rd October and Sunday 30th October
Time: 11-3pm
Activity Name: SoundGardens – Musical Experiences for EYFS and their families
Venue: Arc in the Park, Bethell Ave, London E16 4JT
Ages: EYFS and Family
Information: Children 0-7 (but really of all ages!) can come and discover, explore and play in an immersive sensory experience with different textures and sound makers, and also some more traditional instruments.

Time: 12:30-1:30pm
Activity Name: SoundGardens – Musical Experiences for EYFS and their families
Venue: Custom House Library, Prince Regent Ln, London E16 3JJ
Ages: EYFS and Family
Information: Family music sessions where children 3-7yrs can come along with their parents and explore/create music together. There will be a soft start where children can enjoy some musical play with instruments. And then a session with singing and games.

Date: Wednesday 26th October
Time: Workshop between 11-12:45pm
Activity Name: Westfields Future You! Festival – Your Voice, Your Strength!
Venue: Westfield Stratford, in the Future You Pop-Up (First level, near John Lewis – the old GAP unit)
Ages: 11+
Information: This interactive workshop helps young people to strengthen their voice and use it with confidence. Working within a group, teachers from Newham Music will show practical vocal techniques and tips on how to use music for well-being. There will be a short Q&A afterwards to talk about music career pathways available for young people in East London. No singing or choral experience is required but an eagerness to get wild and loud is encouraged!

Ages: All!
Information: A selection of community performances for all ages. Newham Music Repz Choir and Bridging Sounds Orchestra will be performing.
