Sangeet Assembly
Sangeet Assembly is a KS1-3 singing opportunity in Autumn 2024 to celebrate Diwali.
Your school will learn the song Aalo Aamar Aalo Ogo for Diwali using South Asian teaching methods. This is ideal for singing assembly, with optional WCET instrumental content.
Project Dates:
3 October, 4.15-6pm, School 21, Stratford – INSET: Singing in your School
October/ November – Newham Music workshops in school
October/ November – borough wide celebration and performance opportunity for your students tbc
4-8 November – school Diwali performance assembly to other year groups
